Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour after placing the order. After this time, if Baboxie INC (“we”) has not shipped the order yet, we can cancel your order but there will be a restocking fee of $10. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We only accept returns or exchange, for damaged items . If you encounter an issue, please e-mail us at info@baboxie.com

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Our policy isn’t allows to refund the money in any circumstances, make sure to choose the right size for your baby, if you have some concerns about size please contact us before place the order. To be eligible for exchange, you must first e-mail us within 14 days of shipment to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.

Other exception may apply:  In case you received a wrong size, color, and material from our team, we are going to ship the new item without cost. 

The returned item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item or change for another item you choose on our online store. Future returned it isn't apply for the same case, for instance make sure to choose the item you want. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

GIFTS

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be e-mailed to you.

If the item was shipped to the gift giver and then given to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.


SHIPPING


To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
