OVERVIEW

All our retail products include free shipping inside the USA sent via USPS Priority Mail, the International Shipping is via UPS and DHL Express

Our current processing time is 1 to 4 business days. Our default method of shipping is USPS priority mail, which takes approximately 2-3 business days to deliver within the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO. Most customers receive their order within a week, but delays are possible.

EXPRESS LOCAL DELIVERY 24-48 Hour Express

(Shipping to Hospital or Home address. ) This service has an additional cost, $45 dollar and only is available for some NY City areas. You are going to receive your order in less than 48 hours after you place the order. Orders placed by midnight will be delivered the following day (by end of the day). Please provide the full name of the recipient/mother as part of the shipping address. For address, please input your personal address

  • All the packages need to pick up when the driver arrives in front of the building.
  • Please ensure the correct first and last name is listed in the shipping details, otherwise, we cannot guarantee your order will make it to its desired location. 
  • Address it isn't allowed to change on the express shipping.
  • The driver isn't allowed to deliver packages in the lobby or mail room
  • The driver is allowed to contact you to warranty the package was delivered to the right address and pick up for the receiver or someone authorized.
  • Before placing your order, please double-check for any typos in inputting a recipient’s shipping addresses, change of addresses, or mail unable to be received in an apartment building. Baboxie INC is not responsible for such issues. You will be required to pay for any additional shipping and handling costs.

ORDER STATUS

  • Due to the volume of orders retail and wholesale orders take1-4 business days to process for the standard shipping. 
  • Ensure your address and information that you provided is correct
  • All our packages request signature to delivery, ensure you or someone is at home to receive the package
  • All our orders is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take 2-3 business days after USPS pick-up the package from our distribution center in New York, NY for standard shipping
  • Unfortunately, we can not control the delays that our orders can present after pick-up for the courier services or the driver for local delivery
  • When your package has a tracking number available, you will receive an email notification.
  • We advise all to sign up for e-mail and/or SMS into the notifications through the final tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.

  • USPS Priority Mail arrives in an estimated 2-3 business days
  • UPS and DHL Express are available by request only and charges may be applied. Please contact us before placing the order if you want to use those carriers.

 

HOLIDAYS SEASON

  • We advise all to place the order 2 weeks in advance to get your order on time or the date that you expect. So it's best to get your order in early if you need it by a particular date!
  • Packages may have occasional delays for weather conditions, Covid19 or Other circumstances

BUSINESS/COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES

  • If a package is going to a business/commercial address, it's required that a person's first and last name be in the Address Line 1 field, or it will be held for verification that the package is being sent to an individual, not a business.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Baboxie INC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
  • Upon inquiry, Baboxie INC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
  • If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, or any issues with your package please contact the last available courier for more information.
