Orders may be canceled within 1 hour after placing the order. After this time, Baboxie INC not accept cancellation. All our products is final sale. If you cancel the order during the first hour after placing your order and (“we”) has not shipped the order yet, we can cancel your order but there will be a restocking fee of $20. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


 We offer refunds in specific circumstances, because we believe in the high quality of the product you are going to received and you are going to love it!. These circumstances are:


  •  If the product you received is defective, damaged or not as described on our website
  •  In case you received a wrong size, color, and material from our team, we are going to ship the new item without cost.
  •  if you have purchased a product/service and you have not received it within a reasonable timeframe, due to factors within our control.



Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns or exchange, for damaged items. Our policy isn’t allows to refund the money in any circumstances, make sure to choose the right size for your baby, if you have some concerns about size please contact us before place the order. To be eligible for exchange, you must first e-mail us within 14 days of shipment to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.


The returned item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement. You'l be available to choose another item on our online store and follow the return process. Future returned it isn't apply for the same case, for instance make sure to choose the item you want. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be e-mailed to you.

If the item was shipped to the gift giver and then given to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


I Change my mind, I want to cancel my order. 

No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.


To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
